Introducing Gillian Anderson
Described recently as a highly strategic and forward-thinking person with a deep sense of purpose and a well-rounded approach to life and business. With age comes wisdom.
Gillian is co-founder of Anatomic Consulting with her partner Steve. With over 40 years of global experience across five continents, she brings a unique blend of transformational technology strategies, radial business improvement, human dynamics, and ethical consulting.
After a fulfilling career that spanned international banking, government consulting, child protection, and SME business transformation projects, she has returned to her roots in the UK with a mission: to empower organisations that serve others.
Gillian’s background enables her to deliver high-impact solutions, combining cutting-edge AI with a deep understanding of the human side of business. For her, success isn’t just about optimising processes; it’s about creating positive, lasting change and amazing cultures for those at the heart of your business.
Gillian has been educating herself over the last year by embarking on the most comprehensive AI education currently available. Shortly she will be certified in AI consulting, data science, and AI implementation. Although her training will be complete, the community she belongs to will provide continuous education to remain at the forefront of this rapidly changing and emerging technological world.

Introducing Steve Baxendale
Stephen is Gillian’s partner in both business and in life. He makes sure everything runs smoothly with their systems and processes.
Stephen Baxendale is a co-owner of Anatomic Consulting. With a career spanning 40 years, Steve brings unparalleled expertise in IT, business transformation, project management, risk management, and business reengineering, making him an invaluable asset to clients in the care home and property sectors.
Steve’s background is built on a wealth of experience across both the UK and Australia, where he successfully delivered numerous large-scale, complex projects, as well as smaller projects for SMEs. As a seasoned property developer, project manager, and business analyst, he has consistently driven results through a balanced approach of strategic insight and hands-on execution. His projects have ranged from IT transformations to business-wide operational improvements, equipping him with a deep understanding of how AI and automation can enhance efficiency and profitability.
Having spent five decades in Australia, Steve has returned to the UK, bringing his extensive financial and management consulting experience to our clients. His ability to streamline operations and implement sustainable solutions helps organisations reduce costs, optimise resources, and navigate today’s competitive landscape.
Steve has also been part of the certification program that Gillian will shortly qualify in. He will gain his certification later in 2025.
Steve and Gillian met as colleagues in 2000 and have been in business together since 2005; they married in 2007. They have six children and sixteen grandchildren between them and love the combination of being both life and business partners.

Gillian is a certified Wealth Dynamics practitioner, which means that our approach goes beyond technology and business but to the personalities themselves working in the businesses.
