After a fulfilling career that spanned international banking, government consulting, and SME business transformation projects, she has returned to her roots in the UK with a mission: to empower organisations that serve others—particularly in care homes and the property sector.

With a career spanning 40 years, Steve brings unparalleled expertise in business transformation, project management, and business reengineering, making him an invaluable asset to our clients in the care home and property sectors.
Steve’s background is built on a wealth of experience across both the UK and Australia, where he successfully delivered numerous large-scale, complex projects. As a seasoned property developer, project manager, and business analyst, he has consistently driven results through a balanced approach of strategic insight and hands-on execution. His projects have ranged from IT transformations to business-wide operational improvements, equipping him with a deep understanding of how AI and automation can enhance efficiency and profitability.
Having spent five decades in Australia, Steve has returned to the UK, bringing his extensive financial and management consulting experience to our clients. His ability to streamline operations and implement sustainable solutions helps organisations reduce costs, optimise resources, and navigate today’s competitive landscape.
